Our Treatment Principles: We treat Diabetes Mellitus according to the treatment guidelines of the Canadian Diabetes Association
To see us: We accept physician referrals as they allow us to communicate with your family physician. All patients must have an appointment.
For appointments, call (613) 284-0145 on Tuesday or Wednesday. Research appointments can be scheduled tuesdays to Friday
Cost: There are no direct charges for patients covered under any of the Canadian Provincial Health Plans, the respective plans are billed directly. Out of country patients are billed according to the Ontario Medical Assoc schedule of fees. Payment may be rendered by cash or cheque.
When to come: By appointment only, Tuesday or Wednesday.
New patients by appointment on Thursday.
Research appointments are on Tuesday to Friday
